Dear Union Pacific West Line Customers,
 
I’d like to update you on this morning’s Union Pacific West Line annulments and delays.
 
We have consulted with Union Pacific management regarding this morning’s staffing problems and have been assured the evening rush will not present the same circumstances. Evening trains are scheduled to operate as normal however, there may be a
few minor delays.
 
Please monitor our website for changes and check the monitors at Ogilvie Transportation Center for any last minute changes in track assignments.
 
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this morning’s situation caused. Please be assured this morning’s staffing problems are unacceptable to Metra. We care about the quality of travel our customers receive.
