Over the past several months, Metra has reached out to its passengers to ask your opinions on a range of service and fare issues and now, as part of the RTA’s regional customer satisfaction measurement program, we’re rolling out a comprehensive survey to learn about your travel patterns and gauge your satisfaction with Metra. In November, surveyors distributed printed survey questionnaires aboard select trains on all Metra lines. If you received a survey questionnaire, we hope that you have completed and returned it.
