How to Enter:  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  This sweepstakes begins on 02/26/13 at midnight Central Time and ends on 6/3/13 at midnight Central Time.  You can enter this sweepstakes by the following means:  Online entry: Enter by visiting www.MetraRail.com/TestDrive during the Entry Period.  Only one entry per person.

Eligibility:  This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corporation d/b/a Metra, Union Pacific Railroad, BNSF Railway, Northern Indiana Commuter Transit District, their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible.

Conditions of Entry:  If you are entering online, you must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to Tuesday, February 26, 2013. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.  All entries become the property of Metra.  By participating, including clicking on and agreeing to all terms and conditions, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements.  By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to Metra’s use of your name and image for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  You also agree to receive future communications from Metra.  All such communications will include options to opt out from receiving further communications from Metra.  Neither Metra, nor its respective advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries.

Prize:  Up to Five hundred (500) pairs of one-way tickets with a value of up to eighteen dollars and fifty cents ($18.50) U.S. dollars each will be given out every week for 14 consecutive weeks starting Monday, March 4, 2013, assuming there are up to 500 eligible entries weekly.  Non-winning entries will be placed in the drawing for subsequent weeks.  Tickets will be good for use between any two valid Metra stations.  The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.  Any federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Metra for reason of unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.  All winning prizes will be awarded.  Purchase of Metra tickets or answering any questionnaires will not improve a person's chances of winning with an entry.  All postage and handling will be borne by Metra.

Drawing:  The prizewinners will be determined each week for 14 consecutive weeks starting Monday, March 4, 2013 at or about 9:00 a.m. CST by a random drawing from all eligible entries received.  The random drawing shall be conducted by Metra’s Marketing department whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes.  The winners will be notified by mail with a letter that also includes the free tickets.    If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.  Metra is not responsible for technical, telephone, hardware or software malfunction, lost, interrupted, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, including the inaccurate or incorrect capture of online entry information, or any other errors of any kind, however caused, that may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes.  If, in Metra’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with or alteration of any portion of the sweepstakes, or if any technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Metra reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes or void any or all electronic entries.  Persons entering via the web (Internet) must provide a valid email address.  It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the sweepstakes judges in writing if the entrant changes his/her email address after entering the sweepstakes.  (To do so write to: Metra TEST DRIVE Sweepstakes c/o Metra Marketing Department, 547 W. Jackson Boulevard, 11W, Chicago, IL 60661)  In case of dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered online, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user.  Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Metra or its agents.

General:  The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Metra.  This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  Void where prohibited by law.  The winner(s) agree(s) that Metra, its affiliates, agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.  Metra reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.  Illinois and U.S. law governs this sweepstakes.
