  • If you are not sure of your fare zones or if you would like to confirm the cost of your Ticket, go to Metra's FareCheck page. The FareCheck will detail your fare zones and fare by ticket type.

  • Now, go to the TBI Order Form and carefully fill out the form.

  • A maximum of three 10-Ride tickets or one Monthly Pass can be requested per order. The Link-Up or PlusBus may also be ordered with a Monthly Pass purchase.

  • Press the Order Now Button when completed and your 10-Ride ticket(s) will be mailed to you within 5 working days. Monthly Pass orders must be received by the 20th of the month for it to be received by you prior to the first of the following month.

  • The price of the Monthly Pass will be debited from your checking account the first business day of the month for which the Monthly Pass is valid. The price of the 10-Ride will be debited upon receipt of your order.

  • NOTES: The purchase of a Monthly Pass using TBI is not an automatic reoccurring order program. You must place your order each month. Metra's Ticket-By-Mail program will automatically mail your pass each month.

    If you want to order a Monthly Pass or 10-Ride Ticket(s) for more than one zone set, you must submit a separate order for each set.
