  • Go to the Application form.
  • Complete the Application, print it out and enclose a voided check.
  • MAIL the Application and voided check to:

      Customer and Station Services
      Third Floor
      547 W. Jackson Boulevard
      Chicago, IL 60661-5717
  • You will receive your PIN within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
  • If there are changes to your contact information, i.e., last name, phone, address or email, please fax old and new information to 312.322.6511.
That's all there is to it!
Once you have your PIN, you may order directly from our Web site. Your checking account will be debited the amount of your purchase and your Ticket(s) will be mailed directly to you.

ATTENTION MONTHLY PASS PURCHASERS

The debit date from your checking account of the price of the Monthly Pass order has been extended from the 1st business day of the month to the 10th day of the month, allowing you built-in payment flexibility.

The price of the 10-Ride will be debited upon receipt of your order.
