Santa Claus to ride Metra safety train

CHICAGO, November, 15, 2006 - Metra today announced it is again sponsoring its popular "Santa Trains." The train and its activities will operate on Saturday, December 2, on the Union Pacific North line between Chicago and Waukegan, Ill. Click here for schedule.
Metra employees and volunteers plan these holiday events for families, celebrating the spirit of the season with candy, toys, magic displays, and raffle prizes. Metra also takes the opportunity to underscore the importance of railroad safety for parents and their children.
