Metra will run extra trains for Air and Water Show
Chicago, August 16, 2006 - Metra will operate extra trains on several of its routes Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20 to accommodate spectators planning to attend Chicago's Air and Water Show.
In addition, Metra will add extra cars to most inbound and outbound trains systemwide to expand seating capacity.
Those who make the Air and Water Show a family event are reminded that Metra offers a special $5 unlimited ride weekend pass and with Metra's "Family Fares" up to three children under 12 ride free with a fare-paying adult.
