Group Travel

With Metra's Group Travel program, groups of 25 or more can save up to 50% off the cost of regular one-way fares. Group rates are available on weekdays, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m. and after 7:00p.m. -plus any time on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

It's easy to get going:

• Click here to view and print a Group Travel Form.
• With the form in hand, call a Group Travel Representative at 312-322-6772 to go through the information on the form and to calculate the cost of the trip.
• Fill out the information and mail in the form with the correct check amount.
• Train reservations will be made on a first come basis.
• Checks must be received a minimum of 14 days in advance of your trip.
• If your group size is not yet determined, a $50 deposit must be submitted to reserve your trip, and full payment is due 14 days in advance of your trip.
• A Group Travel Boarding Pass will be issued to you once payment is received.
• A 24-hour notification of a cancellation is necessary for a refund.
